Suzanne can win the 2026 election for US Congress in the CA48th District and send multi-millionaire carpetbagger Darrell Issa back home!
Suzanne Till was elected as Director to the Padre Dam Municipal Water District (MWD) in 2020. She beat the Santee Republican incumbent in this division by 17%. Re-elected in 2024, against another well-funded Republican challenger, she won by a 24% margin, 62%-38%. Suzanne’s division in Santee is R+13 — 13% more Republicans than Democrats. The CA 48th Congressional District is only R+7.
Suzanne is the perfect candidate to win this congressional seat. Under her leadership, as Director and Vice President of the Padre Dam MWD, Suzanne will complete the East County Advanced Water Purification Program (East County AWP) in 2026. The East County AWP will produce 30% of water supplies for East County. Suzanne secured $935 million for the East County AWP, and created 2,500 good-paying jobs in the CA 48th district. Padre Dam MWD provides water for approximately 125,000 people in the CA 48th District.
Unlike Darrell Issa, who has never been a resident of the CA 48th district, Suzanne Till grew up in Lakeside, where she excelled in athletics and mathematics at El Capitan High School. She has been inducted into the El Capitan High School Athletics Hall of Fame for excellence and a California Interscholastic Federation (CIF) championship in girls’ basketball. She served as a volunteer for the Lakeside Rodeo.
Suzanne served as a Captain in the United States Marine Corps; she has a PhD in water resources geography. Suzanne teaches geography at the Academy of Science at Mater Dei Catholic High School. In 2025, Suzanne served as a volunteer coach with the Santana High School Girls Basketball team, resulting in a second CIF championship!
